2020 TOTA Conference Survey
Over the last several months, the ever changing guidelines and unpredictable nature of this pandemic have made it very challenging to plan our daily lives, much less plan for the future. As a professional association, we are in a predicament as we try to navigate these uncertain times, and make plans for our annual conference.

Clearly, the health and safety of our conference attendees, presenters, and exhibitors is our primary concern. We cannot predict the measures or constraints that will be implemented in response to COVID-19 seven months from now. However, it is critical to assess our current status, particularly the anticipated attendance for TOTA’s annual conference because we have a binding contract with a hotel to host the conference. However, if attendance makes it impossible to host a viable conference, then TOTA has an obligations to notify the hotel, and possibly cancel the conference for 2020. As such, we need your honest feedback regarding whether or not you plan to attend the TOTA annual conference.
