My clientele includes adults with autism, both diagnosed or exploring neurodiversity, individuals with chronic illness or individuals facing empty nest/retirement.
My interventions include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Positive Behavior Strategies (PBS). My personal experiences with autism, chronic illness and growing up in a military family allow me to offer my clients a high level of compassion.
