* 10. Unless once again extended, the current Order by the Governor would allow “non-essential” businesses to open beginning on May 4. We all recognize that decisions will be made primarily based on healthcare data, and perhaps on collective decision making of Governors throughout the Northeast. We also recognize consumer confidence and spending patterns may lag behind in a phased in reopening. Recognizing those points, please rank the following potential reopening days as to your preference for restarting the economy, with “1” being your most preferred, and “3” being your least preferred:
