Registration Prices
- Early Bird Rate: (ended January 15)
- Regular Rate: $945 or $895 for members (ends February 12)
- Last-chance Rate: $995 of $945 for members (February 13- conference)
IMPORTANT: If your organization has an active P2P group membership, please make sure you are linked as a team member in order to get the member discount. Not sure if you’re a member? Send an email to askus@peertopeerforum.com before registering. Each team member MUST use their own username and password to register. (Your membership KEY CONTACT can also register LINKED team members by logging in using their own username and password.)
Conference Hotel
All conference activity will take place at the Hyatt Regency Austin on 208 Barton Springs Road. Unfortunately, our hold on a block of rooms at the special rate of $239/night expired February 10, but we have a handful of rooms available. Please email us at askus@peertopeerforum.com if you would like to reserve such a room for the nights of 2/26, 2/27 and/or 2/28 (unfortunately none are available before or after that date) and we will see if we can assist you.
A secondary hotel room block has been secured at Hampton Inn and Suites on 200 San Jacinto Blvd and may still be available by calling 512-472-1500 and ask for the Peer-to-Peer Professional Forum rate.

Group Discount
Group Discount opportunities are available upon request to organizations sending 5 or more paid registrants who have not used any other special discounts, (other than the early bird discount). Please contact us at askus@peertopeerforum.com for information on group rates.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing by January 16, 2020 are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations received in writing from January 17 to January 31 are eligible for a refund less a $150 administrative fee per person. Cancellations received from February 1 to February 19 are eligible for a 100% credit good for one year on Peer-to-Peer Professional Forum membership or the following year’s conference. Cancellations received after February 19 do not qualify for a refund.
Registration Transfers
Registrations may be transferred at any time up to one day before the event. Please click here to complete our substitution form if you would like us to transfer your registration to one of your colleagues. All speakers are subject to change.
