Director of Technology Operations
Grounded Solutions Network is looking for a Director of Technology Operations to join our organization. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the technical infrastructure and operations within the organization. The Director will be responsible for managing the Technology Operations department, liaising with other departments to ascertain their technological requirements, and developing solutions that are aligned with organizational objectives. The Director will play a pivotal role in assessing and addressing the technology needs of the organization, providing strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.

Director of Technical Assistance
Grounded Solutions Network is actively seeking a dynamic Director of Technical Assistance to propel our Technical Assistance (TA) program forward and make a significant impact in the affordable housing sector. Our TA program supports public agencies and nonprofit organizations by offering expert guidance on housing policy and program design, with a special emphasis on fostering racial equity, achieving impactful results, and ensuring sustainability.

Accounting Associate
The Accounting Associate supports a range of finance and operations functions, with a focus on finance and accounting. They primarily report to the Director of Operations, but also to Executive Staff for specific duties and work closely with others in the Operations department to help staff and stakeholders and meet the operational needs of the organization. The Associate plays a key role in supporting financial processes, tools, and systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. This role will support an organization with a budget of $7.7m and a current FTE of 25, which will increase in 2024.
