REGISTRATION AND ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

REGISTRATION

Please register for the Ocean Optics XXVI Conference by using The Oceanography Society’s registration system. Login is required. If you have an existing login for the TOS system, you may use that. Otherwise, you will be prompted to create a login before you can register.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

The link to the abstract submission system will be provided upon completion of the registration process. Abstracts are due May 3, 2024. Guidance on preparing your abstract and abstract evaluation is provided here.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Registration includes the opportunity to attend all oral and poster sessions as well as the opening reception on Sunday, October 6, 2024; all breaks and other receptions during the week; and the awards banquet on Thursday, October 10, 2024.

PAYMENT

The registration system allows payment by credit card at the time of registration.

Please contact Jenny Ramarui, Conference Coordinator, if you need to arrange an alternate form of payment or later payment date for one of the following reasons:

• Your organization requires that payment be made by check or wire transfer*
• Your agency requires that payment be made closer to the conference dates
• You have another reason that requires you to receive an invoice

Upon approval, you will be provided access to the registration system, where you can select the option to “pay later by invoice,” complete the registration process, and receive the link to the abstract submission system.

*A service fee of up to $50 USD will be charged for all registrations requesting payment by wire transfer.

Reduced Rates for TOS Members

Members of The Oceanography Society are eligible to register at discounted registration rates. Learn more and join TOS.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

To cancel registration, send an email to Jenny Ramarui by September 1, 2024. Refunds will be issued within 45 days of the conclusion of the conference. A $75 processing fee will be deducted. No refunds will be provided after September 1, 2024.
